    Pretty tasty Italian spot with great food, good service, and an awesome patio experience. We love the bolognese meat sauce and the shrimp scampi is really good too. Margarita pizza has a nice crunchy crust made with great ingredients. Love going to North and can't wait to go back soon.

    Came to North Italia for Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2024 and my oh my it was busy! The ambiance was definitely loud but was surprised by how many groups were coming in. Luckily, it was just my partner and I and we got a reservation in prior (definitely recommend) and got a table right away. I ordered a red wine right away to satisfy my palette. We ordered a charcuterie board, bolognese, crushed meatball ragu and the lemon olive oil cake for dessert. OMG! The crushed meatball ragu had totally overcome me and I had to take it out as leftovers because the first bite was so filling. It tasted even better a few days later to be completely honest. The house specialty bolognese was very decisions and the olive oil cake was delicious! I could order that for every meal! Overall, I'm thankful North Italia was part of Restaurant Week and I would love to come back to this restaurant! It was such a vibe! Also to add, the service was great and very quick. The waiter had also called me handsome so kudos to him for making me feel less insecure after gaining 20 pounds from that crushed meatball ragu!
